PROGRAM
1. Bachelor of Arts in Theology
This degree is designed to equip students to understand the cultural climate of our day. All students pursuing this degree are required to complete 00 credits to meet their graduation. Courses mostly cover classes related to theology. Graduates of the college will be prepared to address the culture from a sound Biblical worldview.
2. Bachelor of Arts in Church Music
The Bachelor of Arts in Church Music is designed for students who desire to utilize their talent to serve their local churches and lead in church, missions, community or educational settings.

Master of Divinity (M.Div.)
M.Div. program prepares students for the broadest range of Christian ministries, especially in local churches. Students receive training in classical theological disciplines such as Old Testament, New Testament, church history and historical theology, systematic theology, as well as practical theology such as pastoral ministry, preaching, evangelism, spiritual life and missions. The M.Div. is the only approved first master’s degree for a student preparing for a pastoral or preaching ministry, as well as any other ministry largely comprised of biblical teaching.
Currently, we offer M.Div program in four different language tracks, that is, English, Chinese, Russian, and Korean.

Master of Divinity (M.Div.) with concentration in Christian Education
The purpose of the Master of Divinity in Christian Education program is to equip students for service in Christian education and related ministries, usually in a local church or church-related organization.
The Master of Divinity in Christian Education gives students an opportunity to do focused study in a particular area of ministry. Admission to this program is limited to persons holding a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent who also meet all other admission requirements for the Seminary.

Master of Arts (Theology, M.A.)
The Master of Arts (Theology) is a graduate level degree offering advanced work in theological field. The degree prepares students to pursue an academic ministry as well. However, we strongly suggest that those who are called to local church ministry should pursue the Master of Divinity.

Master of Theology (Th.M.)
The most advanced theological degree at the master’s level, the Master of Theology (Th.M.) allows students to gain a high level of competency in one major area of study after completion of the Master of Divinity. The Th.M. enhances ministerial practice, preparation for doctoral studies, and further mastery of a specialized discipline. (Th.M. degree program is currently not available.)

Master of Church Music (M.C.M.)
The Master of Church Music (M.C.M.) is designed to provide essential musical training integrated with focused study in church music ministry. Additionally, the degree provides a strong foundation in biblical and theological studies. Currently, M.C.M. program is available only in Chinese language.
1. Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.)
Our Doctor of Ministry invites men and women to go deeper into study of the Word, to broaden their perspectives on ministry practices. The program is flexibly designed to fit the schedule and needs of full-time ministry professionals.
2. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
The Ph.D. program prepares students of exceptional ability to serve as teachers in specialized areas of theology and as pastors, chaplains, denominational leaders, or biblical authors. The Ph.D. program emphasizes the attainment of expertise in a theological discipline. Ph.D. study requires a high degree of originality, independence, analytical research, judgment, and skill in research findings.
HKLTS LBA (Liferoad – Lay Bible Academy) program is designed for layman and is perfect for anyone who has a desire to gain a deeper understanding of the Bible. This program is taught by seminary-trained professionals and will guide the student through the entire Bible. Students attend class two hours for 1 week for each class they meet.
LBA program begins with an overview course of the entire Bible, that is, the redemption history of the Bible. Classes covered are; the Bible Study Overview / Church History / Missiology / Spiritual Life & Spiritual Growth / Counseling & Family Ministry / and related classes. Our desire at LBA is that many of our students completing this program will have better understanding of the Bible and have confidence to go into the world and share what they have learned by teaching others either in their churches or out in the ministry field.
